This not only ensures contractors and tradesmen are in possession of the correct level of information to prepare accurate costs against, but also makes sure that works on site are not hindered by design issues.

With our sound knowledge of the Building Regulations Approved Documents and working alongside fellow professional consultants such as Structural Engineers, Civil Engineers and SAP Assessors, we prepare, submit and administer Building Regulation submissions on behalf of our clients, so that they can rest assured in the knowledge that everything is taken care of throughout this stage of the design process.

We will liaise with the Local Authority Building Control Inspector or the appointed Approved Building Inspector throughout the checking procedure to make sure approval is obtained and that all design information is co-ordinated.
